Picnic Bend will play 9 best score, 9 alternate

1 round of 24 Sunday
6 worst, 6 best, 6 alternate, 6 best score.
This round will be played at the newly installed South Concho Park that was just finished yesterday.

Looks like there might be a change in the schedule on this event. Nothing to do with the date, it will still be on Sept. 19th & 20th...The change will effect when you are playing what course. Looks like the tourney will either be broken into 3 pools or if we keep Sunday for South Concho only, we'll have to do teetimes. More than likely it will go to 3 pools though.

W.T. Doulbes is this weekend...Going ot be a great disc golf weekend in San Angelo.

The only change to the schedule was: South Concho went from 24 to 18 holes, and will be in a rotation instead of everyone playing Sunday there. This keeps us from having to get permits to use the parks with more than 50 people.

Thanks to everyone that came from basically all over Texas this weekend to play in the CVDGA's West Texas Doubles Championships here in San Angelo. We had a record attendace this year jumping some 20 something players from last year's record. Hopefully this growth will continue....we are already talking about how to make it better as far as player packs and other things next year....So hope to see you next September with some FRIENDS!!!!

Also I've got some lost and found discs that were returned and not picked up. If there is a phonenumber/email on there I'll let you know it's here. You can also check for lost and found discs under the "lost discs at Cortese Flag" thread under lost and found. All discs picked up here have been returned by other players and are free to pick up.
