I have played 2 of the courses that are in my rotation for the next week and all I have to say about them is NICE. They have something here in KC that we do not have, it is green and grows from the ground, forget about the skip,

One of the courses here reminds me of the back holes of UC. Lots of trees, but here there is some elevation change, 2 holes have about a 40 foot drop in elevation and trees similar to #13, and then another hole you have to go back up 40 feet, all of them are in the 250-270 range. That is the front 9, the back 9 are wide open and you can really let them go, can you say 150 R-Pro Boss. Oh what fun.

By the way, the high today was about 85, they say they are having a heat wave tomorrow because it is suppose to be about 91.

Going to play a couple more courses tomorrow, I'll let you know about them later.

Brian you should have come.

Players meeting was tonight, 900 plus players ranging from 7 years to 81 years old.

Played the Rosedale courses today, the original course has a mix of open and wooded holes, it is 25 years old this year. Again, it has something green growing throughout the course. The Down Under course is about half as long as the original course, but takes about as long to play. This course is 18 holes of woods and elevation, the one thing that you have to realize here is that if you go down 40 feet to the basket, you have to come back up to another.

The main draw starts in the morning and the shuffle is on Wednesday for most of the divisions. It is going to be a wild and fun ride.

Oh, did I mention before that the temperature is suppose to be in the low-mid 80's for the rest of the week.

Ya'll have a great week, I know that Scott, Randall and I will be.
