Mike,
I've seen your posts here and on the SNDG site for the past three years. I've heard the names such as "Nazi" and others, but I have never heard you get specific on any subject except, maybe, for openness on the subject of finances. If I am correct, the PDGA now publishes a financial statement annually....congratulations for the success if you were part of that.
Please use this thread, if you wish, for the purpose of publication of Mikeys Manifesto. It would help old guys like me because we wouldn't have to search the entire history of postings here.
Thanks,
Alan Byrd

So you're a history buff like me Alan? I don't think you're allowed to say one of those words you posted here. This site does not believe in free speech like modern democracies. The pDGA kinda likes to have a reputation that certain things won't be tolerated here. It only wants certain types of people to be members, you know what I mean, it's like a private swim club or something.
I think free speech should be allowed, but I'm very pro-First Amendment, call me crazy.
If I'm going to waste my breath publishing my manifesto on this deserted corner of the internet, you'll have to go read the pDGA "financial statements" and explain them to me first, if you can. They look more like back-of-the-envelope calculations to me.
Oh, and enjoy my posting privileges while they last. I've been kicked out of the pDGA pool so many times it's a real doozler.

While composing a reply to the above post, I was sidetracked for a total of three minutes and came back to hit the "Submit Reply" button....I got an error message telling me that I would have to log in to post.
Never mind.

The First Amendment and freedom of speech only applies as against government suppression of speech. Private associations, such as the PDGA, do not have to guarantee the same Constitutional rights as the government.
You were never the guaranteed the right to free speech and the PDGA DISCussion Board is not obligated by the First Amendment to serve as the vehicle for your free speech. If your expressions are deemed to be violations of PDGA DISCussion Board Rules and therefore detrimental to the site, detrimental to the cohesion of its community, or violate United States laws against slander and libel, the right is reserved to remove those contributions.
It has been stated time and time again that PDGA members can engage in constructive criticism because it is honestly believed that these topics encourage positive discussion, ways to improve the PDGA, and help to make for a better organization. But message board users must present their criticism without using profanity, personal attacks or physical threats, material unsuitable for minors, offensive content, or any other material which breaks PDGA DISCussion Board Rules.

A multimillion dollar sneaker contract, and enough fame that they will let him play at the USDGC - based on marketing, not skill. :)
UPM is my favorite paranoiac, which is not the same as a paranormalac.
