I'll soon have a Logo from ZAM designs (http://www.zamdesign.com/) and am in the process of getting a website up along with getting the event up on TitleDisc (http://www.titledisc.com/) so people can start signing up.

This is going to be a fun event to raise awareness and funds for Cancer prevention and treatment. This one is for the Prostate Cancer Foundation (http://www.prostatecancerfoundation.org/), since I'm just over 1 year free of prostate cancer. I will be running one in October in McKinney, TX.

Hope to see ya there at one of these events:cool:

Many thanks go out to these sponsors.

Ray,

Sorry that I didn't get anything to you last weekend. Trying to get sponsorship while I'm running a tournament isn't the best plan of action:)

What about offering two CTP prizes of $25 each available from DynamicDiscs.com? They would just need to email or call me with what they want and we'd get it out right away. Or I could do a dry-fit shirt for the winners of each amateur division. If it is too late to get something worked up that's fine. I am hosting back to back B-Tiers this weekend so things haven't slowed down here.

I can't wait to get this event started:)

Friday afternoon is the Doubles!

Late registration will be Saturday morning until the 8:30 am Players meeting.

After the round there will be three CTP holes to throw at for $2 per throw or 3 throws for $5. All of this money will go to the Prostate Cancer Foundation. Each basket will have merchandise valued at over $150. So aim well and get lucky:D

After that, if no aces are hit there will be a CTP throw off for that cash:cool:

Just can't wait;)

I agree Deidre. We need more Ladies at this event, even if it's for the PCF!

To try and get more to show up, the event will cover all Ladies Lunches, PDGA fees and they will have their own CTP during each round! There will be CTPs each round for everyone, but there will be a specific ladies CTP!

Come on Ladies and Play!

Got done and out of there @ 7:20 and didn't make it home until 9:30. Stupid vacuum hoses:mad:

Had a long day, had great staff help get this up and running. The Eagle Scout project on Hole #2 was unexpected, but a different approach and we moved the hole with Josh's portable. Thanks everyone for being patient as we worked through the details.

Thanks to all the sponsors that made this possible. I'll let everyone know how much was raised for the Prostate Cancer Foundation tomorrow after I try and catch up on my sleep.

Thanks again to all the players!
