When is this "Richard Simmons" drug rehab course in Owasso going to be done?:confused:

I've seen the TD's name on the TDSA schedule for months now and still no mini.

Unfortunately, that is not going to happen until I see a mini scheduled at Craptenial: Home of the Jerry Fallwell Jubilee and Morality Revival.

I've heard the city is Owasso is even going to follow the state government and erect a 10 commandment monument by hole #1. I've also heard the Owasso police department is going to train their drug sniffing dogs in the parking lot and that there will be a breath-a-lizer installed on each basket that requires players to blow into a tube before they can retrieve their disc from the basket.

Well here it is, the end of May and (STILL!!!!) no scheduled minis at the drug rehab course in Owasso. Obviously this is what happens when the TDSA recruits a "Soccer Mom" and calls him a TD. :eek:

That is really too bad because all 25 of the people at my AA meetings were really looking forward to this. No telling how many will be falling off the wagon now. :(

Did you hear that dipwad, finished. It won't have 16 baskets and 18 holes, it will have 18 baskets on 18 holes with an additional pin placement per hole.

Did you catch that? it will be finished.........................do you understand what that means? It means finsihed not halfarsed like your anthill. On top of that they will look like REAL baskets, with numbers and everything.

Before you go knocking any other course intown, you may want to make sure your own house is in order. At the rate you're going out there, you'll be lucky to have all your baskets in by next year's Chandlerfarce.

Nice looking "REAL" baskets with numbers are the first one's to be stolen. Those DB5's at Chandler look that way for a reason which is to encourage thieves to go to Owasso instead.

And your course isn't "in town". It's in Owasso, birthplace of "Male Shrinkage".

And your course isn't in town either. The last time I checked Chandler is part of Ferryhill.

If any one has any kids or family, come on out to Owasso. We just call it the OC around here.
No need to step over used condoms or syringes.
No need to kick a pile of Steel Reserve cans out of your way or a broken crack pipe. No need to ask the homeless person to move his bed off the tee pad.
None of that will bother you here. Owasso has been voted as the best community to live in, in Oklahoma. So if you don't like playing behind groups of 10 guys wearing wife beaters and using their half empty 12 pack as a disc bag, If you like having to use more than a putter and a midrange then this is the place for you. On top of that, its a real disc course, with real holes. ALL 18 of them.

Well if you're counting holes then I've got 34 in ground compared to your measly 18.

That's right. A town without limits except no smoking or drinking in public parks and a twenty minute wait at it's main stop lights just to get on the highway.

I'm looking forward to the grape juice and communion crackers at every mini.

And don't expect an Ice Bowl or anything charitable in Owasso. They have done their best to make it exclusively for the rich and therefore all minorities are driven out except those that are trucked in to do lawncare. No need for a food bank there. Just a bunch of rich church people protecting their money and expensive homes backed up to a ball golf courses.

If you put in a bar they will build a church next to it just to close you down because Owasso is sacred ground and people must travel to Tulsa because they think that God is not watching the sins they commit there.

All your mini money goes to Dave Wise who will further promote the city basic fundamental's of only the rich and famous go to heaven.

The end of June would be nice. I'm sure the club can find a REAL td by then.

Sorry buddy but I spell it out for you. The Club doesn't have the authority to place or remove a TD at this course. This course belongs to the City of Owasso and is managed by the City Parks Department.

If the club was so concerned about having real TD's, then you would have been removed a year ago. Hard to beleive, the whole month of May with no minis at Chandler, no revenue for the club and NOW, the only way they can get it going is to bring in another TD. Way to step and help the club out buddy, a real ambassador you are.:(

So this is now a private course and "Joe Public" can't schedule a mini there? Or is it that you have to be there to collect a city fee for father MaKahee?

Your course will not provide club revenue. How are you helping the club by keeping all fees to yourself and what if something happens to you? Where does the money go? Do you have a city permit for your private enterprise? Who's cooking your books? :)
