I think some of the more recent forms are not linked, but if you look at the urls for the older documents, the urls for the more recent stuff is intuitive.

Thanks for that link...A number of local golfers have been asking about these docs. I know a lot of people in South are interested in these documents as well.

It looks like the only difference between what they have posted and what I have is mine are scanned and stamped by the IRS.
