The disc is a 11x KC Pro Teebird (pictured below) and I'm getting criticism from some of the DGCR members about the price I am asking for the disc. That price is $43.00 shipped.
I bought the disc originally from DiscGolfValues when they were offered up as a limited run about 3-4 months ago. The disc cost me $39.95 plus shipping, so I thought $43.00 was a fair price.
Am I asking too much, or did I pay too much for the disc when I purchased from DGV?

How were these a limited run from 3-4 months ago when this disc (or at least the real 11x Teebirds) was made in 2004? I don't remember there being a "stb" marked Teebird in the 11x early swoosh stamped batches. They were all marked TB. Does anyone remember "stb's"? Not ragging on you webslinger, just was curious about these and their origins.

I remember seeing those online when they were for sale, and on one of these threads somewhere there was some discussion as to what the discs were. I could be mistaken but they looked and felt like a star/champ or special blend and had the stb marking on the bottom and some people said that you could see where the "s" in stb had been removed but the impression was still on the disc. The timeframe of when star plastic was introduced and the stamp on the disc did not match, not to mention they were considered a "limited run"...I'd be curious to hear the official verdict on them. I know I've ordered some plastic from the same place, and didn't know how legitimate the descriptions of which runs the discs are from are. I don't honestly keep up with the stuff to know, and just wanted to know what others thought.

Yep, I remember all that. Being a teebird lover from day one, these picqued my curiosity. If these are a new run, they should not have an old 11x stamp on them. That's misleading, slightly dishonest, and, I'm guessing, sternly frowned upon at Innova. These discs,btw, are champion plastic and not really any sort of blend that I can tell. I bought a couple.

Mark (Owner of DGV) works in the Innova west factory. Innova and Hero disc share a warehouse. They the have bins upon bins of blanks like this just setting around. Mis stamped, Mis Labeled. Mark is one of the few guys that knows what Innova has, when it was produced and where is it located in the factory. He has always been a striate up guy to deal with and has never had any reason to lie.

I have a few 11x's that are labeled CAL on the bottom, and they are all kind of pearly. I also have a few translucent and opaque ones labeled CA. To me it seems like the ones labeled CAL seem a bit flatter on top, and flight wise they seem a touch faster and a bit more stable. I don't know if there really is a difference between them, but to me it seems like there is.

That is the first one I have ever seen. Seems kinda odd..

Nope, I purchased those when they came out... it was the first of the "called" star plastic. It was really stiff. I had two that I ordered from zonedriven. Both were tye dyed. Both were super overstable. I think I gave them both away...

I remember when i got them, I was told that this new star plastic was really grippy. The two that I had were slick, when I tested them in the winter. I immediately put them down as they were to slick.

Yeah, I believe these were a very limited run and are POSSIBLY the first Star Wraiths. I believe all were Tye-Dyed. Nice discs and hard to find.

I have this 154 Plum Gummy CE Leopard. It feels very good in the hand but is a little light for me. It is not an x-out but has 2 tiny bubbles in the rim. It looks new except when i looked at it closely in the light i could tell it had been thrown in the field a few times. It is 9.5/10. I am looking to trade for a 175 CE Leopard. I shipped priority 3 and a half weeks ago and have since only gotten sporadic pm responses and veiled attempts at excuses. I have also received several PMs from folks who have had similar bad experiences with him.
