In case you haven't noticed, some news from the WVO website (www.westvirginiaopen.com). Registration to open on May 7th after Spence and Gabi's Anniversary Tourney. There is also a pdf registration form to this year's WVO for those that are interested. Does anyone know about details for the anniversary tournament?

West Virginia Open (WVO) Registration will open at Spencer and Gabi's Wedding Anniversary Tournament on May 2 & 3, 2009

May 2nd - Singles
May 3rd - Mixed Alternate Shot Doubles or Dress in Drag

This gives all the Anniversary Tournament players first priority to sign up for the WVO (PRO Event) September 5th & 6th and Fly High Big Daddy (PRO/AM) in June.

We are celebrating the 16th West Virginia Open this Yeer' - That will be a Pro Event

The West Virginia Open hosts BYOP Doubles every Friday prior to WVO

Spencer & Gabi Thurman will be running the event with help from many people including Cragger. The Thurmans have two 18 hole courses located on private propriety Paw Paw, West Virginia truly a slice of heaven

72 Women,Grand Master and Masters and 72 Open Pros playing opposite courses.

Camping is encouraged at the course. Try to out camp last yeers' wieners (Camp Pittsburgh) who hold the doodads

the Mobil Grange will host the Barn Music, live bands will be playing all week.. - Thanks again Mike!!

congrats to brad schick! moser took second. devin frederick and tim haynes competed in the final nine.

no spin took masters (7th wvo title), ray rogers gm, and k weidle in fpo by a large margin. i think she would have been on the second card in mpo after 2 rounds.
