This is a fundraiser event. Ten dollars of every entry fee and the ten dollars for every non-PDGA member fee is donated to the Boy Scouts. We will be out there next Sunday for a club party, so anybody close by should hit it up! The discs for the tournament should be in by then.

Check out this link about the tournament if your on Facebook:

One week away. If you are in the Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi area please consider attending this one. There are too few PDGA tournaments in this region and this one could be the beginning of a revival of sorts.

With $1,000.00 for first place open and $500.00 for long distance drive up for grabs, that's a lot of money....who's coming to get some? Only a couple of days left. The club's been busy at the course. Big props to all the new blood volunteers and the old school diehards. The course is looking beautiful. This weekend ought to be great. I hope you all can come out and show your support for the Boy Scouts of America. There will be tons of stuff to give away thanks to sponsors such as INNOVA and Disc Golf Unlimited. Hope to see you all there at this PDGA event which is rare for this region. Come out to show your support!

We just modified a couple of holes. Our signature hole 5 is now a "true" par 4. We're still trying to get the measurements. It was 718 ft but now its much longer. There are also two new pin placements in our wooded section. Juniors and Novice only play on Friday. A free lunch will be served on Friday. Not to mention all this cash...hope to see a good turn out! Be there bright and early.

We had 56 people turn out and we still payed out around $4,000.00 dollars in cash and prizes and still managed to raise some money for the Boy Scouts of America.
