All,
It has been noticed that the host hotel is stated on the flyer as being at 210 Westinghouse Blvd.
The correct address is 2610 Westinghouse Blvd.
This you may need if you plan to stay there or wish to check in on Friday night and select your players pack.
For those who want to know it is the only six storey building on your left after the Waffle House.

I got this from Ben (Zeb Prez)
"The work day at Zebulon on Sunday will probably canceled due to bad weather unless the forcast changes. I will be out there if the rain is light enough to work, otherwise it will be a bust. If you are out playing a practice round at Zebulon during the next two weeks, please consider taking a trash bag and picking up trash.
Thanks for your help"

i was wondering about that as well but just figured it had to do with the fact that the message board seems to be 'dying' . maybe its just my perception but it seems like there isn't nearly as much activity as there used to be.

there isn't as much activity b/c this site is so slow.
The PDGA site used to be the 2nd site I visited after checking email.
Now it is one I visit only a few times a day.

Thanks Mike, Craig and others.

Trey you played well also. We have many great events to come, I am sure of it (in the meantime, I will hold on to my bag tag for as long as I can). Phil almost came back as well.
PS. I am judging Sr. Projects at Northwest tonight (I guess there was no prescreening). Feels like I just graduated high school a few years ago.

Wow Trey, the ratings are updated and you got 937!! Good stuff man, congratulations. (And nice 2nd place, I know it's tough to lose in a playoff and all, but you played great and you'll only get better I'm sure.)
Thanks to Craig and Richard as well as everyone else who helped with the event, it was a great time despite the incredibly bad weather. (not quite Mooky's Cup, but that would be tough to achieve...)

Doc, players just don't get on here much anymore. Bird, good shooting, and congrats. Was very pleased for my 955 rated round. Not bad for a pdga classified Recreation player, hehe.
How in the world did round 3 at Zebulon take a group 4 hr and 15 minutes to play. Rules need to be enforced. 3 minutes to find it, and 30 seconds to throw, or what is normal without a clock. First tnmt I ever had to eat lunch twice, Pack a razor so I can shave between rounds, On the course so long, some players aged up another division for crying out loud. Shut up and throw. Get my point, play at a pace, not to disrespect the other players.
20 years of serving this Country, and this past 2 weeks, Mookies Cup, and Crosstown have been the wettest/coldest I have ever been. Will somebody/anybody from Jacksonvile somehow Order warmer or dryer weather. Ill take either.
Mini Thumber, I'm a pretty good rec player ;)

I know several people would like to see the prelim ratings for the fourth round. The online system will not display things properly when there is a "cut" or if people only play some of the rounds.
I have made a PDF of all rounds including the 4th round though.
This version has people scattered all over though so you might see a person with 4 rounds below a person with 3 rounds. If a person has 4 rounds they made the cut.
Looks like Nate had a nice 1033 last round. It was a fun last round to watch. Nate played well all weekend and really started to hit hit putts the last round. In the 3 rounds I played with him he was on all weekend but hit the cage a lot and just got a 3 and not a 2.
Anyway here is the PDF file of all the round ratings.

Phil made the cut and I guess he didn't show up to play the fourth round. Cant blame him Sunday morning was miserable.
I was thinking of just showing up to my 18th hole and taking par+4 for the first 17 of the 4th round. You cashed if you made the cut so just take last cash.

Mar 17 2009, 07:22 PM
I would sure be intrested in listening to that. It just angers me when 50 players can play a round in 2 hrs and 15 minutes, and have to wait to see if they make the cut 2 more hrs for 2 groups to finish that same round. I mean really, what can you do that takes soo long. Put them in my group. Guarentee forward motion. Yes that was ridiculous, and makes a great tnmt look bad, and gives all of us non pros a bad rap, that we do not know what were doing, and potiental limit us to tnmts.

I belive that if you are playing in a group that is taking more time than allowed for a shot, (30 seconds) once you have addressed your lie, and weather may cause 15 more or so seconds than group needs to correct, I know in the last Round i told two people in our group before we even started that we would not be like the last round, and the group and the roung went great, so next time, lets not let this happen players.
