is there much difference (when new) in the stabilities of the dx, pro, star, and champ destroyers?

My first three Destroyers were Champion Edition and they had what I call a "poppy-top". With my thumbs near the rim, I could press the top downward and when I released the pressure, the dome would "pop" back into its original shape. I can not only feel the pop, I can hear it, too! I have thrown other CE Destroyers which did not have the "pop" and they appeared to fly somewhat less stable. Likewise, I have thrown some flat-top DX models and they, too, did not seem to be as stable as my good ol' poppy-tops! :)

All Destroyers--Like the guy above stated, poppy tops are the most stable and I have found this to be true respectively in all the plastics.
Dx--Quite variable, but I have thrown several and these are the least stable, even when new.
Pro--I have not thrown any flat pros, but the poppy ones are overstable, even at lower weights. Maybe the most overstable when new.
Star--I've tried many stars, and even the poppy ones are not as overstable as a new Champ or Pro. Most came out flatter than champs and pros, and these are definetely less stable at high speeds.
Champ--Most overstable, especially considering how quickly the Pros lose that overstability. Flat gummy ones are flippy.
