My 13 year old daughter has the following discs in her bag:

1. 150 Class Pro and Star Valkyries
2. 150 Class Pro and Star Sidewinders
3. 150 Class Millinium Orion LF in Quantum plastic
4. 156 Star Orc

A friend suggested she try a 150 Class ESP Avenger. How does the ESP Avenger compare to the other discs? Is it similar to the Orion LF? Any input would be appreciated.

ThanksRick

I can't really compare this disc to the ones you have listed here.....I can tell you the esp plastic on the one I got my son is very grippy, my friends that have put the disc in there hands always comment on this and wish that some of the heavier esp models felt this good......an avenger IMO flies like a slightly longer teebird... straight flyer given even power with dependable fade at the end.

My wife Diana and daughters throw some of those discs, so this is my opinion.

The 150 Champ T-Bird and 150 ESP Avenger are both stable when thrown with average girl power. With above average girl power, the 150 Avenger is less stable than the 150 T-Bird. The 150 Star Valkyrie and 150 Star Sidewinder are understable compared to the 150 Avenger and 150 T-Bird.

Kira is using the 150 Champ Sidewinder for a downwind hyzer flip big D driver. On the football field she once threw one some ridiculous distance like 330 feet.

Bruce and Peter,

Thanks for your reply. Nicole (SuperGirl) loves her Tee Bird. It is one of her favorite discs. When I told her the Avenger was similiar to a Tee Bird only faster, she definitely wanted one. Therefore I bought her a 153 ESP Avenger 1.5. She can't wait to try it out. Thanks again for your reply.

Rick

PS..........Bruce, tell Kira that Nicole says hi.
