The updated Tech Standards for Targets and Discs were approved by the PDGA Board. The new and revised documents were posted this morning here:

The Approved Targets and Discs have been separated into three files with one for Targets, one for Discs and one for Manufacturer contact info. Excel versions have been provided so people can now sort the files several ways if they would personally like to see the disc or target specs displayed different ways.
Targets are now approved for one of three levels defined in the specs: Championship, Standard and Basic. In addition, the Super Class and Vintage specs have been added for discs.
