I have found a #3 driver that states it is "steady-ed approved" "DGA Approved" as well as "PDGA Approved" the disc is at the least 4 years old, the area code for the phone number was changed in my area then, can anyone help??

Thank you so much. The copyright date is 95. I am glad to have this disc on my wall and now know what it is. Does any one have an idea as to the possible rarity of this disk, I am not going to sell it, just curious.

Not very rare, I guess you can get a mint "speciment" for around max 25-30bucks on ebay.
