The demo was pretty fun, so for me it is worth the $20 to see more.

Disc flights are pretty accurate. Hyzers, anhyzers, stable discs, understable discs, backhands, forehands, etc.

I bought the game. It's a blast.
You can design your own courses also.

My son threw one over 1,000ft. The trick is in the run-up.

The idea of creating your own courses may make this one a must-buy for me. Once my holiday finances are settled I may have to purchase it.

Anybody play the Hart Park course yet? It's 80% accurate. That is a course I just installed in Bakersfield,Ca . Two 18 hole courses:)

I have to bump this thread, because this game is too fun for people to not know it exists. The courses are much more fun than real courses, and much harder. They have to be because it is easier than real disc golf. This is just because you get a consistent "release" every time and all you need to worry about is disc angle and speed. Yes, it is possible to throw 1100 + feet, but it is very difficult to do this on a course without foot faulting because you need like a 100 ft runup. More like safely 500-700 max.

I also changed my bag to be my real-life top 8 discs. You can change name, color, and all of the flight characteristics of each disc (Speed, HSS, LSS, Glide). Now, when I step up to the tee, I pick the same discs that I would in real life.

Anyway, it's a great wintertime disc golf fix.

Anyone playing this game, check out the 2 new courses they put up. I created the XtremeGrandCanyon course. I was trying to create the most fun and most difficult course. I think it ends up being 2nd in both categories (in my biased opinion). The other new course is MountainRetreat. Not quite as difficult as mine, but probably the best designed course so far, and the most fun.

Anyone who has created courses and wants to share, email the address on the site. They are helpful, responsive, and eager for new ideas. Anyone who has purchased the game should also make sure they have Version 1.01. You have to go back to your confirmation email and use that link and password.

I am personally interested in feedback on XtremeGrandCanyon, but I wouldn't recommend playing it until you've gotten a feel for the game.

I created a new course: Octopus Island. It is another hard course with plenty of water. Expect to get wet. There are now 12 courses to download after purchasing the game; each varying in difficulty.

Innova has now given them permission to use their discs in the game. Now every current production Innova disc is part of the default discs in the game in addition to many other default discs. They also now use the Innova flight numbers and descriptions (Speed, Fade, etc.). You can still customize any of these any way you want.

They have also added other enhancements to the game as well. If you do not have version 1.06, you should upgrade.

OMG! I've been trying to get the Innova game forever and I never knew this one existed.

I spent a few months trying to design a disc golf mod for Crysis but it was over my head. So then I tried designing one in the Source engine and gave up on that too. Basically I ended up using Garry's Mod to design courses and "rotary saw golf" instead.

I can't seem to figure out how to download the demo though...

Can anyone provide a direct link?

Apparently so. I looked up and down on the site and also did a ctrl+f and looked for "demo" and nothing turned up.

I'd probably buy the game but I don't buy any game without at least playing a demo first. Unless it's made by Valve :p

The Demo is back up. They have changed it, but if it is anything like the demo I downloaded months ago, it is fairly basic compared to the other available courses.

Have fun and feel free to post any questions if any.
