I know I have seen a post about some organization buying left over tournament discs, but I can't find it. Does anyone have any information about this?

If it's cheap enough, Bruce Brakel will buy anything he thinks he might be able to sell. This is why players can find pen knives, a set of glasses, B-movie DVDs, etc. in addition to a wide assortment of plastic at his merch table.
