Unless someone wishes to take over running this event, this will be the final Fall Disc Golf Classic. The Knapps are cutting back to one event next year. With another child on the way our free time is becoming less available. And it will be easier to run a quality USWDGC in 2010 without the FDGC on our plate. This was not an easy decision for us, because this was our first sanctioned event that we created. Thanks to everyone who has ever played on a FDGC.

I saw Danny Shumate make a drop in 3 on hole #13 with 2 air shots. I swear his first shot was 600 feet. And then a nice gentle 400ft hyzer right under the basket. But it was in doubles, so he needed me to make the 4ft putt so we could card the 3. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Well me and thomas wanted to do something different, and when we came up with this , i think that sportsmanship is the foundation of what a good, if not great disc golfer is, rember we are competive, but it also about having fun, as everyone knows , i will be taking over the FDGC , and we have already got some great ideas, thank you to all whom came out this weekend.
