Last year with just the few members we had, as a group we raised enough money to provide two tables out at Cedar Hill and we are also going to buy a sponsorship package at VPO for $150 so thank you all!! Also I would like to especially thank Julie Steel none of this would be possible without her. She has devoted alot of time and effort into all of this. I think she enjoys it though, she loves the game. We will provide food and BEVERAGES to all current tag holders. We will have Ctps, a ring of fire and bring some old plastic we will probably throw off the hill over the water to 8 basket for some kind of prize. It will be alot of fun. Hope to see you there!!! New tags will be availabe to anyone who wishes to buy one they will be $15.

BTW - I've been meaning to ask, why is it spelled "Heard" instead of "Herd"? What's the significance?
Also, I wish I had known about this sooner... D and I have already made plans to be out of town that weekend. maybe next year :(

Yes bag tags are $15, there will not be any other expenses. I talked to Tom at Sport City at Cedar Hill this weekend he and his wife won't be able to make it :( However he did donate some good stuff which we will be giving away. Thank you Tom. This is our way of thanking all the members we had this year.

food plans are taking shape just fine.
its gonna be hard to go over 50 players, so please contact me asap and let me know you are in. 50 packages ready, about 15 are spoken for, so dont wait too long.

tentative layout for the race:

so far players have whined about it being too tough. it is short by discraft guidelines, but the canopy is low. i think we'll go GBRB.
