We have a brand new disc golf course in our area and one of our baskets is either put together wrong or the pole was drilled incorrectly. The distance between the bottom of the yellow stripe and the top of the actual catch basket is about 5 inches too short. Yes, these are the Innova pro discatcher baskets. Has anyone ever seen this, and what could be the problem?

Components were mounted to the pole which was upside down.

yeah sounds like the pole is upside down
It was pretty sad, but I couldn't even get a response after I e-mailed INNOVA at their web site. I knew someone would respond here. BIG THANKS!

Did you stop to consider they're not open on Saturday, but the message board is always open? :D
No, but I sent it during the work week anyway.

Louis,
INNOVA responded to your email on August 15, the same day you sent your question. You may want to check your spam folder.
In the meantime, please call Ryan Baker at 800-476-3968 for assistance.

I had a set of bag straps that got messed up real quick Innova stepped up, replaced them and were very gracious.
Sorry, the message wasn't in my spam, it was probably erased at my home by somebody that didn't recognise the name on the e-mail. The main thing is, is that we get this problem fixed asap. I will try to get a hold of Ryan or e-mail you guys some pics. Thanks for responding back.

No actually, the main thing is, "My bad. Thanks for responding so quickly. Don't have a clue where the mail went." /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Hey I emailed last Thursday about something and never heard back. What's the main thing there? :) (and yes, I checked my spam folder and I am aware of every email that comes to every email address at every domain that I own)
I know the answer to the question I emailed now, but i just don't think it's necessary to discount the original question and intent just because the email got caught in the spam folder (which there are ways to remedy as a business owner).

FYI, Innova also has instructions on how to assemble all their baskets on their website. Check the "downloads" section at the very bottom of the list, left hand side.
