Did Devan the Dude qualify for USDGC at Southern Nats?

If he did I hope a few of you locals help the dude find a way to get there....Coda if you could help the little monkey get there or Joe or someone it would be great for Oklahoma to have another player rep the state.

I heard that DJ qualified for the spot and passed it to Devan, How ever they are now saying a player doesn't have the right to pass it down so only 4 spots were givien away. :o

Devan would have rec'd a packet if he qualified. They hand out 5 of them at the awards at every USDGC qualifier.

That is what the discussion is on another thread. They are saying if a player declines the spot, it doesn't pass down to the next one. It only passes down if the player above him is alrerady qualified and Darrell wasn't.

I could be wrong, I went back and looked at the scores and Dev and DJ tied overall, so it appears that he should get the spot. He'd make a good rep for OKlahoma. ;)

So who is taking the Okie Representative spot this year? I was lucky enough to be the Okie Rep in 2005 and 2007 (thank you Kevin McCoy). It would be cool to see someone go who has never been before.
