I've heard that if your in the top 25% for any division for points then you receive a PDGA tour pin. I've looked every where on the site but can't find the info. Can someone lead me in the right direction or tell me if this is true?

I have gotten them before and may have even gotten one last year and if so it is likely around the top 25%

So would this apply to all divisions ie: AM 2 AM3?

I think it only applies to pro, advanced and junior divisions. And i think it is a smaller percent than 25. If it was 25, I'd get one every year.

That may be true. I know that when I look at the state rankings for points in the am division they classify all ams together. I'm in Rec but I'm ranked 24th out 169 and the points leader for the rec division. So out of all the AM 1,2,3 I'm ranked 24th. I hope this applies to the pins.

I'm not too sure if this applies to every junior division or just THE junior divisions as a whole. Cause last year Nick had the most points in the Jr. under 10 division and didn't recieve any tour pin. Should he have?

It is like the top 25% of ALL Am'S. All Am's points are the same.

it can't be for am's. i came in way inside the top 25% (number 1 in the state of N.C number 22 in the country) last year in points and no one sent me a touring pin. do they have archived records anywhere?

Not sure what the criteria is anymore - but every pin I've ever got says "Pro Touring Award" on it - so it's probably just for pros.

I got one when I won Advance Masters points total....but I also did alot of touring that year, not sure if that had anything to do with it also.
