Had fun at the Santa Maria Open, had a miraculous recovery on the Safari round to come back and tie for AM1 7th place.
Does anyone know where we can see the results? Or when the PDGA will post them? I'd really like to see how my field played, and see what kind of round ratings Paul McBeth played with his 13 under?!?!

No results yet...
I was playing great until the last 6 holes during the safari. I was 1 under for the first 57 holes and shot +7 during the last 6 holes. Doh
What an awesome event.

I used the Side Arm Dave strategy of playing the course blind and not worrying about trouble spots and it worked brilliantly. I was stoked to finish under 70 on that layout. Watched John's awesome round up close and tried to keep pace.
Justin L., Justin B. and Birdie Bob did a great job running the thing. I had a lot of fun, it was well worth the drive to play 2 awesome courses and a super sick safari layout. I look forward to coming back up and playing the Am Doubles event in September with my good friend and close rival Dave.

Yeah no doubt Carl, that was a fun last round. I think my highlight was when I hit that putt from down by the volleyball sand pit. To think, if I hadn't had those 3 careless bogies I would have been 7 under? lol. I had much more fun this year than I did last year, everyone on my card was fun to play with. Izzo was keepin the mood chill. Roper had some great shots from my point of view, I thought for sure he was nailing a 5 under that round. It was funny to see the MPO leadercard all miss bird on the shortest hole, 26 I think. Made me feel better for also missing it. I don't think I can make it in September, I really want to play Faultine, which is scheduled on the same weekend.
BTW what's a guy gotta do to get some results posted? :)

That was an amazing tournament. I loved the atmosphere and everyone who came out.
3 aces last weekend! not to mention the fact that two of them were by the same Rec. bagger.. ha.
Mavericks was awesome, and whoever thought to put up pillows is a genius ;)
Thanks to all who had a hand in putting the weekend together!
