As some of you may know Courtney Peavy and myself have moved to Georgia and jumped in feet first in the coffee business. We opened a coffee shop in the Greenville, GA town square and business has been good.
We have also introduced a new line of Disc Golf Inspired Coffee. The Roaster Master that we use for the shop is EXCELLENT! He has been in the business for over 30 years and he gets the best coffee beans from all 4 corners of the planet. We are roast to order to ensure that you get the FRESHEST roast possible. Our bags of coffee are not sitting on a shelf for weeks at a time going stale. All of our coffee is roasted on Sunday or Monday and shipped priority by Tuesday so that it isn't even sitting in the Post Office over the weekend.
Below is our current line of coffee. We are introducing a new flavor about every two months, so if you have any suggestions of what kind of coffee you prefer, drop us a line and we will see if we can get it in the rotation. ;) Click on each of the links to get more info on each.

I'll buy one of each when the Cubs win the world series. Do you think it'll keep for another 100 years?

Hey Kev -
What would the shipping and handling be on a bag shipped to zip code 91730? You are welcome to send a PM.

A true testament to Hyzer Blend.
I ground and brewed some Hyzer Blend on the Saturday and Sunday of the Carolina Clash. I ended up finishing 3rd, tied with Barry Schultz. I had a 5 strooke buffer on the last USDGC spot. On Sunday... I deuced hole 2 (Par 4) at Renny Gold, my second hole of the tournament. The coffee was still in my system...
Good Stuff! and strong! (I like it straight up without all the frilly mix ins.)

I'm in for one of each. Will likely order more of whatever I like best (likely the Birdie Breakfast Brew for at work and Birdie Master Espresso for my espresso machine).
On an aside, I laugh at people who use dark roast for making really strong coffee (insinuating high caffeine content) as the roasting procedure actually lowers the caffeine content. [1] In practical terms, the differences in strength are probably less noticeable than the difference between a scoop and a heaping scoop, but I still laugh.

I have had the Birdie Breakfast Blend and the Hyzer Master and they were both very fine...
...I plan on ordering some more of the breakfast blend for sure, but since it was so good, I may have to try some of the others.
Way to go Kevin!
I would probably try and help you out even if the coffee sucked, but it is a cool deal, because this is actually great coffee.
I usually go to the Mecca Coffee Shop on Peoria, but this stuff is the deal.
And it says Birdie... :)

The Hyzer Blend seems to be the most popular for those who like a medium to dark roast. Courtney is bringing home a menu and hopefully tonight I have some time to throw it up here for you.

bring some to Worlds. Flymart action!

I don't think we are going to Worlds...we are going to Maple Hill instead
It's so hard to not lose money at Worlds plus we would need a baby-sitter, plus it seems more like work trying to jam everything in a week. I've played Kalamazoo and I'm scared of getting Malaria from the Pterodactyls ooooorrrrr mosquito's and I'm scared they may carry our baby off...which is NO BEAUNO!
Maple Hill a lot easier to make money, baby-sitter, and HELLUVA good time.

No problem do we need to bring the coffee grinder?

I'm drinking Birdie Breakfast Brew right now. Had a small mishap with my grinder (had just gotten done making espresso, so it was set to WAY too fine for a normal coffee), but it's still great. Good stuff!

I'm sure Misty will have one in her kitchen.
