It is a woman's perogative ya know! (to change our minds)
If Kathy decides to have a change of your mind & y'all head to The Woodlands perhaps you would be able to get a little "fix" in at the Spring Valley course on Sunday morning?
There should be a few cards teeing off around 9am.
Some day I'd like to play the Beeville course...

Sorry its been a while, plus we were having problems with our password to put up players list...
We are currently at 63 golfers, I have been told of another 8 to 10 that are also making the trip...
Either register at www.twistedflyer.com (http://www.twistedflyer.com) or call me 361 947-2498, if you plan on attending....
Capping at 105 golfers....
Not many pro masters- 3, only have one pro woman... Only 15 in pro division. $600 added cash...
Plus you never know which event we will do our next $500 skins match...

Wow I suck on that list compared to last year. Hopefully next year we can have it updated a few times so we know where we stand before it is over.

The points distribution for TX States appears to be reversed... meaning, 1st place got the lowest points, last place got the highest points... unless I'm not reading it correctly.

gnduke
May 28 2008, 05:42 PM
I can post the scores if you send them to me along with the information of any different layouts any divisions may have played.

See, that's why I post the details so someone can double check my work.

It's supposed to be somewhat of a secret during the year so players will try to get in at normal qualifiers. If you think you have this wrapped up, you may not try to qualify anywhere else.

May 28 2008, 06:16 PM

I was going to say the scores are up, but...

I will say the scores (as I received them) are up.
This has nothing to do with the TD report and official results.

Correcting the TX States scores had quite an effect on the USDGC spot race.

gnduke

White means the same rank as after the last event.
Green means a better rank
Red means a worse rank

Move from 4th to 3rd, you are green
Move from 3rd to 4th, you are red

Qualify somewhere else and you get purple.

seewhere
May 29 2008, 12:48 PM
how about we send the highest rated player from Texas who has not already qualified. also how many people on the list even know they have a chance to go to USDGC or are in the running??

gnduke
May 29 2008, 11:34 PM
The USDGC won't let us use a system like that (where a player knows they have a back door into the USDGC if they want to use it).

Everyone that has been interested in the slot would know that I have to decide who gets it. Only one person contacted me all year and that was just last week.

I can keep it more updated next year, but that means that all the pros that are interested need to get the TDs to send me the scores, or get them posted right after the event.

Because I don't want to see someone get shafted. Anyway I probably missed something on Vinnie's points but I don't think I missed 60 on Peps. Because of that I just wondered if they are all correct.
