There is a PDGA C-Tier being put on by the Parks and Recreation department in Conroe, TX. Help get the word out. It would be nice to have a great turnout for this event so the Parks and Rec. people stay onboard and continue to hold events like this. It's great to get someone outside the disc golf community involved in a tournament. My wife Tracy and I will be there, hope to see you other Houston area golfers there too. I would play but the fact nobody is signed up and the Card over phone thing bugs me.

Just called and there are three guys in Open but they wouldn't tell me who. So who is going?

I can understand not publishing the players list (JH prefers not to post a players list...wants players to decide to join or not on their own) but if you call & ask I think they should oblige but they probably have some "policy" preventing divulging names of program participants.
I'm still not sure if I can play...will decide in the next hour or so...

So how was the turnout? Scores?

I think Matt won and Dixon took second in open. Maybe -9 and -8. Prob not too many locals since world dubs was the same weekend, and it was the weekend after states.

I won Open and yeah we were -8 and -9 after the 1st round but he had a rough 2nd. Emily won FPO and one of Dixon's buddies won 1st in Int at -6 for the day. The scores weren't too good but it was pretty windy.
