What happens if a player runs out of discs? For example, consider Winthrop Gold hole 17 which utilizes an island green. If a player empties his bag from the tee, yet he is unsuccessful in landing on the island green, what's the call?

Run real fast and get back to the tee with some discs within 30 seconds.
