Heres my problem; We are using pdgasignup.com for the Lexington Open X but its a pain to find online for people regestering. Just a thought but how about putting a link to whatever online website a tournament is using on the "Event Info"page on the PDGA tour section? This would greatly streamline the signup prosess and eliminate the hassle of trying to find the link to the "PDGA" sign up page. (which by the way looks just like the PDGA Shop page but isn't affiliated with or contains any links to pdgasignup.com)
And yes I already know we should have all the info on our web page but i still think it would be a grand idea to include the link on the tournament info page besides the tournament homepage website link.

Hi Drew,
the PDGA office is currently in the process of doing just that. Please look for a couple of new improvements as we work with the fulfillment house to further develop and improve this brand new system.
One of the challenges the office is facing right now is that we are also in the process of migrating information and features from the current website to the new one, which will be launched sometime in the next month. There is an enormous amount of work to be done on the new site but we still have to dedicate a lot of time to the old site so things are going a little slower than we would like. You can rest assured that the small inconveniences we are experiencing now will all be well worth while when the new site is up.
Thank you for using the new online registration and please do not hesitate to drop me an e-mail if you have additional suggestions for improvements to this new system.
Regards,
Brian Graham

I must obviously be missing the link or something, so forgive me for the question- how do I get my tournament (Greater Peoria Open) signed up on pdgasignup.com
Thanks

Hi Dana,
There is a box on the sanctioning agreement which the TD can check if he/she would like to use the PDGA's online tournament registration service. If you did not check the box but would still like to use PDGAsignup.com, contact the office and we will be more than happy to help you get set up.

The box was checked in the sanctioning agreement. What is the next step on my end?
(Thanks for the quick reply)

Dana,
You will be soon be sent a form by the fulfillment house requesting the pertinent information (divisions, entry fees, etc.) necessary for them to create your online forms. Once you complete and return the form, they will add your event to PDGAsignup.com and the office will add an online registration icon to your event on the online schedule.
