Where can one find the card holders for player scores. I've been looking around at the different Disc companies but I haven't been able to find any. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

I just usually get them printed by a local company. It is not that hard plus you can add on anything that you might want to have on it.

I don't know if you saw this thread about score boards (http://www.pdga.com/msgboard/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=781001&an=0&page=7#Post7 81001) but it's a short thread and probably worth reading.
