Anybody that can go to this should.
John and Carla fought long and hard for approval to install a course at the city lake. This is the first True Growth course YOUR club the TDSA installed..
The course is awesome. I love hole #2 from the blue tees. It is a long downhill right turning shot.
If your not working at Duncan, head to Bristow :cool:

Yes...it is almost here!
I have been WAITING to play this one...
This is, undoubtedly, my favorite nine hole course in the Tulsa area....
The Bartons are rock solid in my book, and they have worked hard on this course, so come out and support their Official Grand Opening...
Beautiful course with three sets of tees for each hole! So it is really like three courses!
Come out and enjoy it... :D

Is anyone from the city going to Bristow? I have a box of discs that I need to get there. Any takers? The only excuse you should have to not be there is if you are in Duncan working!

I don't know why you go to those soccer tournies.
You told me yourself that Drew normally rides with his buddies in someone else's car while you just follow in yours.
Do you not trust him with your credit card to buy meals? :D

We go together so we can have some fun away from home. This is a new team for him and his first tourney with them. We are also going to play at least one or two of the courses up there Friday and one on satuday afternoon.
You're welcome to go with us if you want. ;)

Thanks John, had a lot of fun. You did a great job laying out the course! It was well worth the drive! And zoo thanks for carrying me and buying my wife dinner, got me on her good side for being gone all day.

Loved the course! The variation between the white and blue tees make it play like an 18 hole course when you play one round white and one round blue, like we did. None of the Tulsa courses have the kind of elevation changes that Bristow has. Playing this course is great practice to get ready for Kansas City Worlds in 2009 - some of the holes remind me a lot the holes at Blue Valley in KC. I'll be making the very short drive again, for sure.
Thanks for all the work that the Barton family did in making the course happen!

Hey Nancy. You didn't even show up for a C tier at the course you're supposed to be the TD of.
What's up with that?
No mini's at Kelly Lane? No show from the TD?
Do you just like seeing your name on the schedule as TD or are you just "strickened" with fear that I'll show up and take a dump in your DG bag????? :o
