Camp sites has been finalized and are available though Columbia County Parks and Rec. They are $18 a night per site and you can have up to two tents on one site. We have reserved Area 2 sites 36,39,and 51; also Area 3 sites 52, 55-59, and 61.

The area 3 sites will pretty much be all together and they are all the closest sites we could get to the IDGC. You can reserve one of these sites by calling 706-541-0586 between 7am-11am and 1pm-5pm.

Thanks!!!

The County has now given us all of area 3, its about 10 sites. They moved a couple of people to different areas so we could all be together. They have 7 out of the 10 sites already reserved by golfers for that weekend. If you want to camp where the action is i suggest making reservations soon otherwise you will be put in a different area.

Thanks!

Columbia County Parks Department is sponsoring the players' dinner Saturday night!

Barbecue Pork
Barbecue Chicken
Baked Beans
Potato Salad
Cole Slaw
Chips
Bread
Peach Cobbler

ALL YOU CAN EAT...until it's gone that is. They always bring so much food. It's awesome!

The dinner is free for competitors. All others, the cost is $9 and you must pay by tee off of round one.

If you are getting into town Friday, please head over to the IDGC to register/check-in. We should be here until at least 7:00PM but feel free to check later as well as we will likely be just hanging out. We have a commons room which is a fun place to watch a variety of Disc Golf DVDs from our library/archives ...not to mention strolling down memory lane in the Ed Headrick Museum!

Players packs for all AMs -- 2007 Course Directory, DGWN mag, stickers, voucher for IDGC Pro Shop

Three rounds - Two on the Steady Ed and one on the Jackson.

Glow Golf will be Saturday night on the Steady Ed course holes 1-5, 15-18. Bring your glow gear!

Looking forward to a fun weekend and a reunion as well! All of the Unity Summit campsites are reserved now so you know it'll be a good time. There are still campsites available but just not in the disc golf section.

Wherever you play this weekend be safe traveling and shoot well!

Take care,
~Addie "A" Game

The reason for the limit of 72 was to try and keep one course open due to casual players and those coming from out of town on vacation that are just visiting the IDGC. We sure get a lot of traffic now. It is just awesome out here! But as Jason said, we will open both courses if necessary.

Work crews are building the fire pit as we speak for the bonfire Saturday night. Players are starting to roll in. It's not too late! Come join us.

Safe travels everyone!
