Was wanting to get some feedback on what you guys were keeping in the backyard?

I use a Skillshot. I like that I can take it everywhere, and because I think it's smaller than most baskets it require more accuracy when putting.

Discatcher Sport.

It's a single chain basket, so there are more cut-throughs than you'd experience out on the course, but it would be fairly easy to add a second set of chains if you wanted to.

I am a Lightning DB-5 enthusiast. By far the sturdiest basket to be found for under $200.00. I have been seeing it for $179.

You can put it outside and leave it there. It weighs about 50lbs so it can be moved but it really shines as a semi-permanent backyard basket.

I built my own and charged it to a client :oIt has twice as heavy chains as you would find on the course :DPipe and round stock cost 20 total and chains cost 60 and Red powder coating cost around a hundred( thanks to the client for get my basket in with there product that was getting powder coated I payed for all the other stuff) I rolled all of it myself and had a buddy do the welding. I have had the basket for about 4 years and it needs to be refinished.... any thought on a good method is galvanized the way to go?

I have a mach lite that I can break out in my apartment (not anymore, as the neighbors complained one day when I was putting poorly and hitting the metal door behind it a lot), but it's also easy to carry to the park 2 blocks from my house.

The DB-5 with extra chains is the way to go if you want a nice outside basket without buying a discatcher pro or mach III.

I have a mach lite

easy to travel with
easy to setup
GREAT catcher with no mods

cheaper than most and if sunking has any disc golf cruise ones left ($125 shipped to your door) then its a deal.
