The staff for Texas Womens Championship is challenging every club in Texas to be a part of the Girly station program for TWC 2008 April 26 & 27. Last year Live Oak set the bar for Girly stations and spurred a friendly competition between the clubs. This years winner will be judged by the players and will receive a lil something special for the best girly station during the event to be used for the winning clubs discretion.
So come join us in showing the ladies what Texas hospitality is all about. Please contact Ed or me of your commitment to a girly station.
We are also need artist for the inner color fund raiser disc; follow the Innova Inner-color format. If you want to see your art on a disc and submit to Ed or me

I want challenge the clubs of Texas. Texas Womens Championships is April 26 & 27 and we want to present the opportunity to highlight your club during the TWC. We started the girly station experience and we want the clubs of Texas to improve on that idea.
Last year was a very successful experience for the ladies and the girly station was a big part of that. Consider representing your club by having the best girly station. We have designated areas to best serve the ladies. Contact Ed Coffey or me and we will ensure a place in the action.
And of course we will accept any form of sponsorship. So if you cannot be involved in a girly station, then make sure to support the event with sponsorship, escorts or my favorite CASH. Behind every man is a lady, so dont miss the opportunity to back a lady. I will be the first to recognize support and the first to point out lack of involvement. SEND ME YOUR LADIES!

The Waterloo Club needs the help of a few volunteers. And TX Womens Championships needs some more volunteers too.

The club is hosting a Girly Station (their term, not ours :D ) for TX Womens Championships. Sheldon Parker is coordinating the clubs station, but needs another two or three people to help him that weekend, April 26 & 27. Weve got to get the stuff out there to the Round Rock / Williamson County parks, set up, break down, buy some things, and give stuff away. We are going to give a nice basket away to one of the players by giving out raffle tickets each time they come by the station. Well also have water for the women to refill their bottles, plus other stuff to show them how much we appreciate their being part of our great sport.

If you can help, please contact Sheldon at 945-5445 (he doesnt have email and doesn't read the Board, so give him a call).

And if youd like to volunteer to be a card escort, Im sure they can use a few more folks doing that. Contact Ed Coffey or Vinnie Miller about that: [email protected], [email protected]

Thanks!
