I've looked over a lot of the website, including the "Information" section, and I can't find any of the forms that a TD must fill out to request a tournament and fill out after a tournament. Are they somewhere on this site, or on pdgatour.com?

D'oh! I see it now! But how odd that they are not listed under the "PDGA DOCUMENTS and PROGRAMS" on the
"Information" page. I guess documents pertaining to tournaments are not strictly "PDGA" documents.
