I loved the format last year right before the worlds.

It gave us a chance to get some tournament style practice on the worlds courses.

Please do this again John!!!

of course ya'll agree, you all are from Texas :D

Having them at worlds makes a lot of sense.

I would love to play world doubles every single year and I would love to play worlds every single year. I only can take off so much time every year - having them in one place together allows me and others with jobs to be able to play both on the same trip.

World doubles usually is just people near Texas and touring guys. Last year literally players from all over the world were able to play.

The payout is a lot better when it is in TX though.

FIRST AND LATEST UPDATE ON DOUBLES

MIxed will be on Saturday the 9th. 2 rounds at Meyer Broadway Park in Three Rivers (about 20 minutes straight south of kalamazoo). pretty sweet course, absolutely beautiful and one of the most picturesque courses IMO. Oh, and extremely challenging. For those of you in TX who say the payouts ar best there, the grass may be greener all year in TX, but the payouts in MI are greener all year long.

and for any locals reading, we will need at least 10 spotters, a couple holes might be good to tag team though, so feel free to bring a friend.

if anyone has any suggestions on things they would or wouldnt like to see at mixed dubs, shoot me a pm in the next 9 months.

as for Divisional Doubles, ill give you all an update tomorrow.

If you can match $1400 per person for 1st place my hat is off to you.
