The Ice Bowl will be held on February 2nd of 2008.

I have heard rumors that there are others who are interested in helping get this off the ground but have not heard anything directly from anyone yet.

The PFDS calendar shows that the Ice Bowl is on a different date, I will be in contact with Larry to get that sorted out.
