I would like to pick the brain of all you history guys and gals...what is "speckle plastic"....is it valueable...is there more than one run of this...what disc(s) came in this plastic....ect.. any help would be GREAT :DLet's see what yall got for this

It was just plain dx plastic they were using at the time. Early mid 90's I believe. The plastic looked to have little chocolate chips in it. The 8x rocs also had some of these as well

There where lots of really early disc, beginning of the 80�s, fo example the Kitty Hawks, Brand X 40X which ha that type of plastic.

They are still found in most DX X-Outs.

no, speckles are no gain in value, older disc it is more common and newer disc they can become x-outs if too numerous.

So a 92 Circular Skies Disc Golf Tour Aviar....in orange with specks valueable or no?

Its a good disc, but it won't get huge buck because od the speckles.
It would probably fetch 20-25 on ebay.

no, speckles are no gain in value, older disc it is more common and newer disc they can become x-outs if too numerous.
At Gateway, we regrind most anything that is too 'chunky'.
