I got some inside information from a top Discraft pro that Discraft is finally coming out with the ESP Drone. I can't wait for this disc. He also said that Discraft is going to relase the "fastest driver on the market." Exciting news from Discraft!

The ESP drone (if true) will be a welcomed addition into my bag... I got tired of having to go through 5-10 pro-d drones a month so I took them out of my bag for a while. My ESP heavy wasps are overstable but not enough to compare to a brand new drone. Hopefully this news is true!

Oh and a surge is the longest flying disc in my bag... I have innova discs that are close but don't really compare in the pure D category :)

Congrats Discraft. A lot of people around here have been asking for a Drone that doesn't beat up easily. Sounds like a winner to me.

I used to but it just wasn't the same... the drone feels much better in my hand. I tried the gator and gator-x and the gator-x was too stable to do anyone any good. The drone is great for heavy headwinds and for shorter forehand shots. Plus I love ESP plastic more than any other plastic blend on the market.

This will slam the door on the midrange market...

The gatorx is a great disc, but I'm excited to see what the esp drone has in store....speaking of...when will it hit the store?

I don't think it's a matter of not wanting to make a disc in a certain mold. Manufacturing problems have kept the Drone in Pro D. I'm sure that if they can produce a disc in every plastic they would.
