That Buzz super color for $20. Does that have the Icebowl logo on the whole surface of the disc or is it just a 5" circle?

wforest
Nov 08 2007, 02:49 PM
... here ya go , o'HairyOne ...
.
" Most of the discs are hotstamped, using the black and white logo found on the next page. The
full color discs from Innova have the full-color logo that is about 5 inches in diameter. The
SuperColor Buzzzes from Discraft cover the entire front surface area of the disc. "
.
... and furthermore : ...
.
" We do ask that you use the Super Color Buzzes to enhance the monetary donation to your
charity. Please do not sell nor value these discs below $20.00 USD ."

wforest
Nov 08 2007, 02:55 PM

I believe they are $25 ... if you order one from Disc-Golf-World ; you need to tell them which official "Ice Bowl" you are affiliated with ( Tulsa ) ... they sell to you ; ship direct to you ; and give a "credit-donation" to our local Community Food Bank here in Tulsa based on number of sales ...
.
... so , it helps the cause along a little bit ...

wforest
Dec 04 2007, 04:45 PM
... and yes , they do sell for $25 each ...

their main online ordering is done at www.discgolfworld.com (http://www.discgolfworld.com) their toll-free number is 888-237-6884
.
since that Disc is officially a part of Innovas Charitable Fundraising Program , Innova has requested that DGW be the only vendor of these fundraising discs for the Ice Bowl
.
.
... (ps : if any of you message-boarders order one of these , let me know ... that way I can monitor that check from DGW to our Food Bank) ...

No power at my house since about 6pm Monday.
I have a backup generator so just more of a inconvenience.
I am back to work @ woolaroc today...
I tried to leave a message, power may be out there as well.
Stay safe whatever you do in the following days.

BTW: Happy Bday Michael...

Hope you had a happy day.

Gotta love when an advanced champion is beat by the Amateur champ.

And I thought I was bagging....... :o

Missed you there Connors, but did I see you drive by the course? Maybe it was not you...I just saw an Element driver with bigger than average hair and thought...hmmm...

The only scores I have seen are posted by Wayne up above, there weren't any scores posted the day of so I can't comment there....

But, Wayne, if you want to fax those scores to my pops today I bet he would post them up real quick....

Just offering...

I would like to see them as well....because I want to see what Winzworth shot while being on the same card as Coda, Wilks, Jarrod Pennington...did I miss any?:D

Oh what am I saying, I am probably the number 2 card slut behind Greg....:o:D

Forest, if you want call pops at 590-6692...a waitress or someone will probably pick up....but just ask to talk to the the guy with the duck bill haircut....she will know who you are talking about.... :D

Well, I decide that I was not technically bagging, I was just not following the standard policy of advanced players moving up and donating to the pros just because it is unsanctioned...

If you were ever going to test the waters of the pro division, then this is the WORST tournament to try it at and here is why...the pros have max mulligans...

You and I may too...but the nominal chance that we would actually beat Coda on a regular day is GREATLY reduced by giving introducing the mulligans....

...Now you are competing against the better players, and your hope that they might not be so brilliant, allowing you to shine, has just gone to zero.

And I only won by one stroke.....

So obviously I was defending the title from other baggers...so it is somewhat noble...

And somewhat cheap.

I wish I could have made it but I had to start moving out of my house on Saturday. What a freaking turnout! Nice work, Wayne! And nice Advanced win by Andrew!

With 100+ players there it would be cool to see how everyone shot.

smack? I could believe smack there are some easy holes but the trees just jump out and grab the discs right in the middle of an ace run and you end up in another time zone. and then there is is blue course ugh, not that easy for a short arm like me but I love the park and just hope it has a few trees left after the ice damage.

Wise you are out that way, how much real damage did they get as far as the way the course will play. I know that there is a clean up in progress but are some of our favorite (or lest) favorite trees still in play?
