I'm heading out this Friday for Portland to visit a friend, and would love some local knowledge about good courses along the way. My route consists, basically, of I-80 through Wyoming, then 84 through Idaho, and into Portland.

Any suggestions would be great, as I'll be driving alone, and will need some breaks along the way.
