Over 200 school kids have visited the International Disc Golf Center over the past two days with another hundred visiting early next week. This is the first of many local schools who will be visiting the IDGC to learn about disc golf. The kids all had a blast and left with an issue of DGWN or Disc Golf Magazine.

Check out this article, which appeared on the front page of the Metro section of the Augusta Chronicle this morning along with a color photo:

Grassroots promotion of our game will go a long way in moving our sport into the mainstream. Teach a child how to play disc golf!

Instructing 11-12 year old campers in how to play disc golf was BY FAR the most fun I had at Highbridge Hills last summer. Best of luck at IDGC!
