I've got to check out all of the courses recently and Dovillio's grass is cut and looking good.....just some minor fallen branches that Mother Nature has been pruning our trees.
Blackhawks fairways are immaculate right now. It looks as if many of the fairways were installed with sod. All that water that was in there a few months ago must have fertilized the whole place. The ponds had some trash around them, **** fishermen over there just leave their garbage out and the **** coons are knocking over the trashcans.
And McClure is what it always is. A very nice walk around a very nice park.

The course is still there but if you played it today it may be a little harry with all the trees down in the fairways.....We'll get it cleaned up....good thing we know the urban forestry guy ;) Its a **** shame cuz Mohawk was looking SO SWEET! The fairways were looking like they were laid with sod, perfect! Mother Nature kicked its [censored]. I guess that will happen with 89mph winds. :(

Jay good to see you and Des are in Green Country. Heard you'll be busy doing great things here as well as playing the event. For that I say thanks in advance.
Rusco - YES there is a fly mart as always. $25.00 per table. Saturday Night at McClure. Pay when you get there set up Saturday after your second round. As for dubs last year I ran it and when I left everyone had been paid out and crossed of the list. Perhaps your partner picked it up... not sure. Certainly not like you to leave some duckets on the table... :DWe can talk about it there.
Either way it will be good to see you and everyone else that makes the trip and event. Travel Safe.
REMEMBER... Microtel is the host their info is on page 2 of this thread.

77 players signed up early
57 in the A tier and 20 in the B Tier
We will be at McClure tomorrow taking sign ups.
Please come by if you can, after work is great too
We will be there around 2:00 and we will stay until the doubles is over.
That's a pretty big window of opportunity
If we have fewer people to sign up Saturday morning it is better for everybody.

I would think that is going to go down a little. It looks like the TD report may be messed up to me. The Adv. and Open fields didn't play the same course at the same time. A 50 at Blackhawk shouldn't rate the same as a 50 at Redhawk, and that is what the scores are showing.
I could be wrong?

The ratings should be correct then. As long as all Adv divisions played together and all Pro divisions played together, the way I did it means the unofficial ratings are OK for OO now although the par is a little higher than 54 for BH so that's not shown.

I got mine back from the hawk pond.
I did lose a black max on #2 at McClure.
Knifed in at the rock line and the water line. It had to of slashed down under the rock ledge. There must be a water monster under the rocks and if a disc gets in it's reach IT'S GONE!

So your telling me that the box we put the pins in to show where our discs landed was so some guy could find our discs easier...and NOT return them???

I am afraid so...we have been calling him out on the Tulsa thread but he has yet to respond.
I do not understand why he didn't just get them out right then and there...after all he was sitting by the pond watching us throw them in.
dont believe the hate being spread here. i was there assisting the gentleman hutch. we pulled about thirty discs out. the majority had no name. i have 8 discs with names and have called all of their prospective owners , i have 11 with no names. i dont know about what invetory hutch has or dan bougher or chris hicks salvaged.

I don't think that anyone is spreading hate here.
I think that there are a few questions that should be answered...
Why wouldn't he atleast try to get the discs out at the time??? That is what Keldog did at GCD
Why did he not show up with the discs at the flymart or awards ceremony? What is the thinking here? What about the out of town players...was hutch going to pay to ship them to them??? I think not!
Is it OK to ask these questions without being accused of spreading hate? If not I really don't care...Hutch put himself in this position not me. I just call it like I see it. :p

I think the bigger problem is the people who picked up discs with other peoples names on them from lost and found...what kind of a hole does that? Obviously he is a very selfish person.
the only time i helped was sunday after the awards.chris did say he was retrieving as discs were played and successfully returned during play. maybe hate was the wrong word to use, im sorry for that strong use. i understand people had high hopes with chris's idea to use the maps and pins,to get their plastic back.if any of the golfers have ever tried to fish plastic it is pretty much a crap shoot, even though there was a fish finder{box with pins}it still does not guarantee a disc in a retriever.ive fished for an hour at a time no results, other times 5 casts 5 catches.lets all hope that well marked discs are found and at least an attempt to return to the owner is made. i believe the idea was for the golfers benifit first and scavaging rights second.thanks hutch for trying to help those of us that threw our plastic in the water and lost it.
