I am going on vacation to Crossville TN. I was wondering if anyone knows of a GOOD course to play while I am there. I did a zip code search (38558) of the area and came up with about 11~ 18 Hole courses within 79 miles. However I don't know whitch one to throw. I am looking to play course near where we're staying (Fairfield Glade, Crossville, TN). There is no chance of stopping on the way there or back and I only have enough time to play a couple of rounds. Since I don't have my own trasprotation while there. Can anyone help me pick a nice course?
Thanks

Based on where you're staying, I'd hit up Cane Creek in Cookeville, TN. If you are willing to take a long drive, go to Cedar Hill in Nashville.
Here's (http://canecreek.proboards40.com/) the cookeville message board.

I stayed in Fairfield Glade one weekend on vacation and made the drive to Cane Creek. It isn't too far, and the course is in my top 3 favorites I have ever played.
Knoxville is a little farther from Crossville, and I know there is some disc golf up there, but I haven't played any. I'd definitely drive to Cookeville to play Cane Creek.
There are some open holes. Some tight holes. Holes with some good elevation changes. A hole over water. Some aceable holes. Some long holes. Beautiful park. I think that course has everything.
