Travelling to FL soon and need to get my fix, I'll be hitting Turkey Lake twice, but I am spending some time in Lido Key, it looks like there are two courses close to Lido, but info on the web is pretty sparse, Can anybody hook me up with some beta??

North Lakeview and Watertower are fairly nice.
This is where the Sarasota Am Championships are held.

I have heard that Tampa and Clearwater has some great courses too.
But never played there.

this is very true. and the course directory has excelent directions to both courses. Lake View is great but there is a ton of water and ample chance to lose plastic if not careful (it is a beautiful park though) and N. water tour is a great course but try to not be around there around dark. it is in a super sketchy part of town and i have seen way to much derelict activity out there. maybe take someone with you to play as opposed to playing alone. once again it is a great course!! just be smart to be safe. i have played both of these courses a bunch and love hanging in sarasota so have fun and if you need details fill free to psot or p.m. me
