Yes that means that it is the 1st run of that disc in that plastic...so for instance you can have 3 first runs for XL's (Z, X, and ESP plastics and so on). First runs also hold value more than any other so if you are a collector first runs are the most valuable and rare.

so in other words....dont lose this one?

IMHO, I wouldn't worry about that one too much unless it has some sentimental value to you.....It seems like the only decent modern discs that are worth decent money is collectible roc's....IMHO of course.

If I'm wrong, let me know, and I'll put my first run discs from my stacks up with my collectibles.

First run is kind of like a rookie card. Not worth much unless the player goes on to be big! I would say throw and enjoy your esp meteor! :)

I agree, very few first runs hold value...

1st run Buzzz - I've heard they fly different
1st run TeeRex - definitely more stable and valued commodity

Not sure about many others, but those are two relatively recent ones.

I dont throw the Protos or First Runs anymore unless I have a few. Some first runs and protos are done the same time as the standard runs, just feature a different stamp.

Right now, Innova plastic carries the only after market demand worth worrying about, but that will change eventually.
