Can anyone tell me more about these? Are they more overstable than the normal ESP counter part?

It's tweaked and not legal for play, as far as I know.

I had a light one, I think it was more overstable than a regular pulse.

It's actually not even a pulse it is a prototype disc, als known as the splurge a surge/pulse combonation

I picked a few of these up at DGLO. Man, are they fun to throw. Real good feel to them if you like the surge/pulse already. They were more resistant to high speed turn than the Pulse, but had about the same low speed fade.
