I have a basket that the wood base warped and cracked from a lot of rain. My dad is gonna weld something together but not sure how I want to design it. I'm thinking something like an "H", or something like an x. Anyone have any ideas/examples?

I just got done doing this to my basket. Had the same warped wood problem too. We just made an X with three pieces of metal, welded them together and then welded a larger pipe on top so the original pipe can fit down into it. The base ended up being pretty much the same size as the wood one.
Good Luck!

I have two portable Mach III's with rotting wood bases that need to be replaced. I've already replaced one with heavy treated plywood, but that is already warping. The DGA web site shows no replacement other than the 1-wheeled metal one. Not sure if it would work though. On mine the pole screws into a metal flange (I guess that is what it's called) that is screwed into the base.
Anybody replaced one of these? Maybe a solid pressure treated wood base?

Ruder, I made my basket, I put the "X" style base on it, made from 3/8 inch round bar. It works great for uneven surfaces. You can step on one "leg" of it to match the ground and lift the other "leg" if needed. I can adjust it this way to put my basket on a pretty steep slope and the bucket/chains area is level.

Used plow discs work well also. You can weld the threaded coupler to it then screw the pole onto the coupler. It gets heavy, but if you're just using it in one place it's fine.

I've just put new plywood on my 2 mach III's and made it square not round.
