I want the opinion of those who know. Where is the best disc golf scene from the Rockies westward. Taking into account all things disc and lifestyle. Best courses, best players, best atmosphere and tournament scene. NorCal, Socal, Colorado, Oregon? Cities? Why?

Portland Oregon, Pier Park, Timber, McIver state park, etc, with Whistler's Bend and Dexter on the way. Dave Feldberg, Avery Jenkins, Chris Sprague, Nate Sexton, etc. Awesome environment and atmosphere. Plus, I didn't mention any of the smaller courses around or the retailers (ie. Huk Lab). It's an awesome time. Come and see.

yeah youd have to look at "centers" of disc golf, where there is a concentrated area of killer courses available within driving distance, of course environment and atmosphere is paramount too....portland oregon is obviously one of those centers.
my list would also include the sacramento area, that has orangevale, grass valley, penn valley, rocklin, and a bunch of other courses within driving distance,
the los angeles area, which has la mirada, el dorado, huntington, symar, old oak grove, and others....
seattle washington is a "center" destination....
Phoenix, Arizona....
Denver, Colorado...
others????....
