When and where are the Waco, Tx Tournies?

I have heard 3 rumors of tournies to take place there but nothing of real weight. Home to one of the best courses in the south (bEAST). The others are prety tight too.... please tell me someone has something planned for it.

cool- this is the 1st I have heard that it is going to happen;everyone that I have spoke to has said that it is cancelled this year.

lsdga.com still has it listed for Jun 9-10... I really hope it hasn't been cancelled. Joey puts on a great tourney and Waco has some great courses... Someone who is in the know please enlighten the masses :)

if he is running a tourny there it is one thing... but the waco charity open is another.

as far as the other... well.... people try. that is the beauty of america. you can suck at doing something and still get a ribbon for it.

I talked to Joey earlier this year, we worked out the date and he was going to verify that the city didn't have anything going on that weekend. He hasn't gotten back to me on that yet.

Joey is kinda like me, we love running a good show but good help is hard to find and life sometimes gets in the way. Every year it gets harder to do it.
