There store still has items in it and they are still a valid Ebay seller, although there last feedback was neutral for an 07 Roc issue. IF you used paypal you are in the clear, just file for an item not rceived. If you sent a money order start the process through Ebay. If you did use a Money Order you can threaten with Mail Fraud which is legit and has a healthy fine but it takes a while and some persitance to navigate the USPS legal system. I am amazed they sold a factory second stamped Cannon Roc for $107.00. They failed to mention in the listing it was a double stamp. I found this out by asking a question about the auction.

I have dealt with jason on ebay before and had great luck he has been a great person to deal with.

Well unfortunately he sent me a 07' Roc that was supposed to be a 180 and sent me a different number and it was a 176g.

Plus it has been like pulling teeth trying to get any communication. Now his Ebay store is gone.
