You got over 500 discs in your lost and found! Wow! Either you got some realllly honest people in AZ, or there is no market for selling used discs out there! In DFW area, these discs usually end up being taken to Play It Again and swapped for store credit.

Or offer each disc up for a reasonable price with proceeds being split between a charitable organization and the Memorial... ace pool? That'd be way cool.

Actually, we give store credit for discs turned in. There are a few guys that rake the water here at Vista Del Camino and at Fountain Hills. We really try to cater to the disc golfer and getting them their lost discs back is a nice service. We'll hold them for six weeks before they go onto the used disc rack.

A film crew with the show Big Spender (http://www.aetv.com/bigspender/index.jsp) on A&E were here this morning. They chose a gentleman from Surprise, AZ and he is a very good customer here. They came in and filmed him shopping around as well as us playing a hole at Vista. They said it should air in August, I'll keep you posted on exactly when it will be shown.

Well, some new stuff up on Spinnersdiscgolf.com (http://www.spinnersdiscgolf.com). The Turbo Putt is now listed, still don't know how that made it through PDGA approval, along with some other discs. Look for some custom discs and new Spinners gear to be posted shortly.

Great to hear things are going well over there in AZ Keith. How do you like that 115* heat? All of the sudden, MI winters dont seem so bad, eh? :D

No way man!!! The winters are much worse! I've been playing league in the 100's the last few weeks and it's not bad at all. Also the nights are great, in the winter it just got colder at night.

How are things with you?

Yea man, I would take 115 over 0 and snow all day long.

Thanks Daemon, I hope to keep making it bigger and better. The lost and found is a great way to help the local disc golfers and keep them coming into the store. It would be great if you can make it in March, the Memorial is an event not to be missed!
